1 lb. flank steak
¼ C. soy sauce
1 T. corn starch
1 T. dry sherry
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. Accent
½ bunch of broccoli
5 T. vegetable oil
½ tsp. salat
¼ C. sliced onion

Directions:
Directions:
Cut beef across the grain in ¼ inch slices x 2” long. Mix beef with following ingredients (soy sauce, corn starch, sherry, sugar, accent). Cut broccoli into 2 inch long flowerets; peel stalks and cut in 2 inch lengths less than ½ inch thickness. Heat skillet with 2 T. oil and add salt, broccoli and stir for 2 minutes. Remove and keep warm. Put 3 T. oil in skillet with onions; stir in beef mixture. Stir fry for 2 minutes. Add broccoli mixture; mix lightly. Serve on rice.
