Bar-b-que Chicken Bake Recipe

Chicken (not specifically stated, however, assume whole chicken cut into pieces)
C. salad oil
2 medium onions, sliced
C. chopped celery
1 C. ketchup
1 C. water
C. lemon juice
2-3 T. Worcestershire sauce
2 T. brown sugar
2 T. mustard
2 T. vinegar

Brown chicken in oil and remove from pan. Add onions & celery to pan and saute. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 10 minutes. Skim off fat. Place chicken in oblong baking dish (13x9). Pour sauce over chicken. Bake uncovered 1 hours until done. Baste with juices.

BAKE: 350 degrees for 1 hours
