1 lb. beef stew meat
2 medium onions
2 large carrots
2 T. tapioca
1 tsp. beef bouillon
1 8 oz. can of mushrooms, DO NOT drain
C. water
1 C. burgundy wine

Directions:
Directions:
Cut onions into 8ths. Cut carrots into large pieces. Place beef in casserole baking dish, place onions & carrots on top. Sprinkle with tapioca. Pour on mushrooms w/liquid, bouillon & burgundy wine.

BAKE: 350 degrees COVERED for 3 hours. Stir once or twice during cooking time. Serve over egg noodles or rice.
