⅓ C. long grain rice
¼ C. chopped onion
2 T. Chopped green pepper
1 whole, bone-in chicken breast – split
1 can “ready to serve” low sodium mushroom soup
2 T. water
1 cube chicken bouillon
⅛ t. dried sage
⅛ t. dried thyme

Directions:
Directions:
In quart casserole dish, combine rice, onion & green pepper. Place chicken on top of rice. In bowl, combine soup, water, bouillon, sage & thyme. Pour mixture over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover.

BAKE: 375 degrees for 45 minutes

Uncover – BAKE additional 10 minutes
