1 lbs. (2 lbs.) ground beef
(1) garlic clove
2 (3) - 8 oz. cans tomato sauce
1 C. water
1 small can black olives, sliced
2 T. flour
2 T. vinegar
2 T. chili powder
1 C. grated cheddar cheese
1 pkg. 12 taco shells

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat, onion and garlic in small amount of oil. Drain fat & add tomato sauce, water, olives, flour, vinegar and chili powder to meat. Butter oblong pan (9x13). Reserve 1-2 cups of meat sauce for top layer. Layer meat sauce then taco shells for 4 layers; top with reserved meat sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese

PREHEAT OVEN TO: 350 degrees
BAKE: 45 min.
LET STAND: 15 min before serving
