1 cup Karo syrup (light or dark)
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla
1-1½ cups pecans
1 9 inch unbaked pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350º.
2. Mix corn syrup, eggs, sugar, melted butter and vanilla. Mix well with spoon or whisk. Stir in pecans.
Pout into pie shell.
3. Bake for 60-70 minutes. Pie is done when center reaches 200º. Or tap center surface of pie lightly -
it should spring back when done. If pie crust is over-browning cover the edges with foil.
