1 stick of unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
3 cloves of minced garlic
2 tablespoons of thyme
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 pound of mushrooms, cleaned and trimmed

Directions:
Directions:
1) Heat Oven to 425º
2) In a large bowl combine butter, oil, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper
3) Add mushrooms, and toss until fully coated
4) Pour mushrooms onto a large rimmed baking sheet, shaking occasionally
5) Roast until shriveled, but still juicy
