1 cups cookie crumbs (crushed sandwich cookies)
3 tbsps. butter, melted
1-14oz. pkg. caramels
1-5oz. can evaporated milk
1 cups pecans, chopped
1-3oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
cup sour cream
cup milk
1-3.9oz. pkg chocolate instant pudding mix
cup fudge topping

Directions:

Mix cookie crumbs with 3 tbsps. melted butter. Press into a 9" pie plate and bake 350f for 6-8 minutes. Place caramels and evaporated milk in a heavy saucepan. Heat over medium low heat, stirring continuously until smooth, about 5 minutes. Stir in 1 cup chopped pecans, pour into pie crust. Combine cream cheese, sour cream and milk in a blender. Process until smooth. Add pudding mix; process for about 30 seconds longer. Pour pudding mixture over caramel layer, covering evenly. Chill loosely covered until set, about 15 minutes. Drizzle fudge topping over pudding layer in a decorative pattern. Sprinkle top of cake with remaining pecans. Chill loosely covered until serving time.
