2 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup oil
7 eggs, separated
3/4 cup cold water
1 teaspoon vanilla
Mini chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder together
Make a well
Add oil, egg yolks, water and vanilla
Beat together.

Beat egg whites separately, fold into yolk mixture
Gently fold in chocolate chips
Pour into tube pan (2 piece pan)- do not spray pan
Bake on 350 for 45-60 minutes
Turn over and let cool.
Once cooled, remove from pan
