16 oz cream cheese block
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
Oreo cookies - can be flavored mint, etc.
Cupcake holders
Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese, sour cream, sugar
Add in vanilla and eggs and beat well
Place an Oreo cookie on bottom of each cupcake holder
Fill 3/4 of cupcake holder with cheese filling
Crumble some Oreos on top
Bake on 275 for 22 minutes
Refrigerate for minimum 3 hours.
