cup fresh lemon juice
2 tbsps. water
2 tbsp. parmesan cheese, grated
2 medium cloves garlic, sliced
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsps. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
tsp. Worcestershire sauce
tsp. black pepper, freshly ground
4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped, rinsed well and patted dry

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except lettuce in blender or food processor and puree until blended. Place lettuce leaves in a large bowl and toss with dressing until well coated.
