Ingredients:

¼ C Butter or Margarine
¼ C. Onion (finely chopped)
3 (10 ½ OZ) Cans of Chicken Broth
1 ¼ C Potatoes Diced
1 ¼ C Carrot (finely chopped)
1 ¼ C Broccoli (chopped)
⅔ C Flour
¾Tsp.Salt
1 lb. Pasteurized Process Cheese {Cubed)
2 c Milk or Half & Half

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a 5 Qt. Dutch oven over medium heat on top of range. Add onion and saute until glossy. Gradually add flour to pot stirring constantly with whisk or spoon. Add chicken broth and stir until smooth. Add salt, and vegetables. Stir to combine, cover and cook until tender. Add cheese cubes stirring until blended. Add milk stir to blend. Cover and cook. Soup is ready when the cubed cheese is melted.
