Garlic powder
Steak seasoning
Fennel seed
Paprika
Basil
Rosemary
Cumin

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cover baking pan(s) with foil. Coat with Pam cooking spray. Pans must have a lip around the
edges so the juices won't spill over. Jelly roll pans work well.
2. Starting with the back side of the ribs, sprinkle each of the spices and herbs to lightly cover. You will
use less of the cumin, rosemary and fennel seed. A little goes along way with them. When the back
sides are coated flip the ribs, place on the baking sheets and repeat the layers of herbs and spices.
3. Cover tightly with another layer of aluminum foil.
4. Bake at 350 for 1-2 hours until the meat is starting to come off the bones easily. Remove foil.
At this point you can char the ribs under the broiler, or finish them up outside on a grill. Both ways
work, but a grill will give them a nice smoky flavor.
5. Serve with a couple of BBQ sauce options on the side.
