5 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup granulated sugar
1 1/4 cups brown sugar
1 1/2 cups cold butter

Directions:
Directions:
Measure flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda and granulated sugar into a large bowl. Stir well with a fork. Work in brown sugar with your hands.

Cut butter into small cubes and add to flour mixture. Cut butter into flour mixture until it resembles small peas.

Spoon mixture into heavy plastic storage bags or sealed jars. Store in fridge for up to 1 month. Use cookie mix to make cinnamon sugar, peanut butter or chocolate chip cookies.
