½ lb.Oven roasted chicken (cooked the night before)
¼ pint of left over rice (white or brown)
Leftover vegetables - green beans, corn, carrots, or peas
1 cup chicken broth
2 cups of water
Garlic salt
Garlic powder
Black pepper

Directions:

Put all the ingredients in a medium pot.
Bring to a boil, then cut to low heat. Season to taste.
Serve with saltine crackers.

I don't believe in throwing food away. This soup is a combination of mixing flavors, saving time, and being frugal. Your don't have to use just chicken. Think about broccoli and macaroni & cheese in the same pot, or the mixing of hamburger and leftover spaghetti & tomato sauce.
