Ingredients:  
1/2 cup stuffed green olives
1/2 cup pitted black olives
2 tbsp drained capers
2 garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients except oil in a food processor fitted with metal blade. Pulse twice. Continue to whirl and slowly pour oil through feed tube. Whirl until ground. Store in jar in fridge. Keeps 1 week and makes 1 cup.

Great with crackers that are topped with cream cheese, then the spread and then topped with olive.

Or....

Top lettuce with slices of bocconcini cheese and then sprinkle with finely chopped tomato and then olive spread.
