1¼ c. chocolate cookie crumbs (about 24 cookies)
¼ c. sugar
¼ c. butter or margarine, melted
1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese, softened
1 can Eagle Brand Condensed (not evaporated) Milk
⅔ c. chocolate flavored syrup
½ tsp. vanilla extract
2 T. instant coffee
1 tsp. hot water
1 c. (½ pint) whipping cream, whipped

In a small bowl, combine cookie crumbs, sugar, and butter. In a buttered 9” spring-form pan or a 13”x9” baking dish, pat the crumbs firmly onto the bottom and up the sides of the pan. Chill. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cheese until fluffy. Add the condensed milk, chocolate syrup, and vanilla extract.In a small bowl, dissolve the coffee in water. Add to the condensed milk mixture and mix well. Fold in the whipped cream. Pour into the pan. Cover. Freeze 6 hours or until firm. If the pie is not completely eaten, return leftovers to freezer. Serve with a bit of shaved chocolate.
