4 -8 ounce piece of salmon
lemon juice
cajon seasoning or red pepper
garlic powder
a little curry
onion powder
oregano (optional)
parmesan cheese (optional)
pieces of butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to about 420 degrees.
Put salmon in tinfoil.
Seaon it with lemon juice on top to tenderize.
sprinkle all the spices on top.
Add little pieces of butter on top.

Close up the tinfoil completely so the juices won't escape.
Bake in oven for about 25 - 30 minutes depending on the thickness
and size of the salmon. Rules for cooking fish say about 10 minutes an inch. 420 25-30
