1/2 cup olive oil
4 T lemon juice
1 tsp roasted garlic
1 tsp anchovy paste
1/2 tsp pink salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sugar
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Directions:

Mix together to make dressing.
Toss in small amounts with romaine and add grated Parmesan to taste.
