1 ( 3 pz.) jar chow mein noodles
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup water or milk
1 can chunky style tuna (1 cup)
1/2 cup cashew nuts, salted or unsalted
1 cup finely diced celery
1/4 cup minced onion
salt & pepper







Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 325º. Set aside 1/2 cup chow mien noodles. In 1 1/2 qt. casserole, combine rest of noodles with next 7 ingredients. Sprinkle reserved noodles over top. Book 40 minutes.
