2 eggs
3/4 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Paprika
1/4 tsp. Dry mustard
1/3 cup skim milk
3 T. Lemon juice
1 T. Salad oil
Directions:
Directions:
In top boiler, beat eggs, salt, paprika and dry mustard until mixed

Stir in milk and lemon juice. Place over boiling water, stirring constantly until mixture thickens

Remove from heat and stir in oil

Chill

Makes 1 cup
