1/2 cup washed, dry beans per pint or 1 1/4 cup per quart
2 1/2 gal water seasoned with 4T pink salt, 1 T garlic powder, 1 tsp black pepper


Directions:
Directions:
Bring water to a boil. Add salt, garlic powder and pepper.
Boil lids and fill jars with hot water.
When ready, empty jars. Add dry beans and fill with boiling liquid.
Add seal and ring. Process at 10lb pressure.
75 minutes for pints
90 minutes for quarts

10lb beans makes 40 pints or 20 quarts
2 1/2 gal does 32 pints
