11/2 cups self raising flour
1 cup yogurt ( Greek yogurt if preferred)
* Self raising flour is a mixture of 1 cup AP flour, 11/2 tsp baking powder and 1/4 tsp salt.

Directions:
1 Combine the selfraising flour and yogurt, adding water if too dry.

2 Let stand for about 30 minutes while preparing the rest of the meal.

3 Roll out and divide into 8 balls.
Roll out naan into circles and fry in a nonstick pan.

4 After removing from the pan rub the naan with butter and crushed garlic and sprinkle with chopped fresh cilantro.

5 Store the fried naan in foil in order for them to sweat and stay soft.
