Ingredients:  
4 cups sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
3/4 cup water
3 egg whites
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Beat 3 egg whites until stiff

Stir sugar, corn syrup & water until sugar dissolves
Cook without stirring to 255º or hard balls. Remove from heat and pour into egg whites beating constantly. Beat until holds shape & loses gloss.

Add vanilla & nuts. Drop from spoon onto wax paper and let set.
