2 egg whites
1 tablespoon water
1 lb pecan halves
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350

Beat egg whites & water until foamy, but not stiff.
Add 1 lb pecan halves to the mixture and make sure the pecans are covered

Mix together sugar, cinnamon & salt (pinch of cayenne optional)
Pour over pecans and make sure they're covered

Bake for 45 minutes, turn every 15 minutes
