1 2/3 cup all purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup salted butter
3 eggs
3 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Whisk together flour, sugar, baking soda and baking powder in a bowl. Add butter, egg whites, vanilla, sour cream and milk on medium speed just until smooth. Fill cupcake liners a little more than halfway. Bake 18-20 mins. Allow to cool 1-2 mins before removing.
