8 slices bacon
⅓ cup water
1 tablespoons sugar
⅓ cup apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon flour
6 medium potatoes
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes, drain, cool and peel. ( Yes - peel AFTER boiling. The skins slip off easily with very little pressure from hands.)
Cut bacon into small squares, and fry until crisp.
Remove bacon and retain grease. Add vinegar, water, flour, sugar and salt and pepper to bacon grease.
Mix with potatoes.
Add bacon bits and Serve hot with love.
