1 lb ground beef
1 small onion
1 cup bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 8 ounce can of tomato sauce
thyme (approx 1 tsp)
marjoram (approx 1 tsp)
2 tablespoons of green peppers

*(for variation add 2 teaspoons of worchester sauce or 2 teaspoons of bbq sauce to recipe)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together well with hands.

Form into a loaf and put into a loaf pan.

Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350F.
