2 squares grated chocolate
2 eggs (yolks)
1/2 cup milk
1 cup sugar
3 tbsps. melted butter
a pinch of salt
1 + 1/3 cup flour
1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Grade the chocolate fine and rub in the well beaten egg yolks.

Add 1/2 cup milk.

Place over the fire and cook until smooth and creamy, stirring constantly.

Remove from the fire, add the sugar, butter and salt + baking soda (which has been dissolved in milk).

Now, add the flour and stir until perfectly smooth.

Bake in a well greased pan in a moderate oven (325-350 F)
