Ingredients:  
1 c. Riceland extra long grain rice
2 c. of water
salt; to taste
pepper; to taste
garlic; to taste
1 packet of Sazon
˝ can of tomato sauce
˝ medium onion
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
corn; optional

Directions:
Directions:
In frying pan sauté onions and garlic in oil. Add rice and sauté until brown on edges. Add water, Sazon, pepper, salt and tomato sauce. Stir until sauce is evenly mixed. Cook on low heat and cover until rice is tender. Add corn, if desired.
