Personal Notes:
This recipe I got from a fellow nursing student in my class of 1978. She shared it with me and I have been known for this recipe for decades. I would make it for my boys nursery school class when it was my turn to bring the snack. The kids loved it and I always said it was good for them because they were getting a vegetable.LOL.
