Ingredients:  
3 cups flour 4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt 6-oz (1 cups) very sharp cheddar cheese
cup chopped pecans (Optional) 2 eggs
1 ⅓ cups milk cup corn oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, baking powder, salt. Stir in cheese and nuts. Add the eggs, milk,
oil but stir only until moistened. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour
or until firm in the center. Let cool in pan 5 mins, then cool thoroughly on a rack.
(We like it better toasted) Refrigerate.
