1 c. chopped Zucchini
1 c. Tomatoes
1/2 c. chopped Onion
1/3 c. Parmesan Cheese
2/3 c. Bisquik
3/4 c. Milk
2 Eggs
1/2 tsp.Salt
1/4 tsp.Pepper
1 tsp. chopped Garlic
1/2 c. bell peppers chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Grease bottom of 9 inch pie pan with Butter.Spread vegetables in pan. Sprinkle Cheese over vegetables ..Stir together Bisquick,Milk,Eggs,Salt, Pepper and Garlic. Pour mixture over Vegetables. Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 35 minutes. bake until crust becomes brown.
