This is not a recipe for a New York style cheese cake)

Take cream creese out to soften:minimum of 2hrs.
Filling
12 oz. cream cheese. (I use organic valley brand)
2tsp. Vanilla
1/2 Cup sugar ( sugar in the raw,organic cane sugar)
1/4 Cup light brown sugar
Pinch of Kosher salt.
Combine everything in mixer and blend until soft and almost runny.

Graham cracker crust
Vanilla Honey Graham cookies (I use enjoy life brand)
1/4 Cup light brown sugar
Pinch of Kosher salt
1Tbs. Maple syrup

Put one package cookies and brown sugar in food processor, pulse until a fine crumb. Spread into fluted pie pan and press on bottom and up the sides. Scrape,using a spatula, filling into crust. Pour topping on and chill
for 2-4 hrs.

Blueberry Topping
Organic Wild Frozen blueberries (Trader Joe’s)
1/3 of a jar of wild Blueberry Preserve ( Bonne Maman’ brand)
Combine ingredients in a small pan and heat just to solidify.
