2-3 Pork Chops
1 T Olive Oil
1 C Minute Rice
1 C Hot Water
10 oz can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375º. Sprinkle salt and pepper on each side of each pork chop. On medium heat, brown both sides of the pork chops in the olive oil. In a small casserole dish, combine the water and soup. Add salt and/or pepper to taste. Pour the rice over the top of the water mixture evenly. Lightly press the rice into the water mixture. Lay the pork chops on the rice and cover the dish with aluminum foil. Bake for 45 minutes.
