1 can chicken broth
1 can beef broth or vegetable
1 can tomato sauce
2 cans water
2 cans chopped or diced tomatoes
1 bell pepper (chopped)
1 banana pepper (chopped)
2 large white onions (chopped)
1 ½ - 2 cups okra fresh or frozen (sliced)
4 ears corn cut off cob or 2 cans whole kernel (drained)
4 carrots sliced
2 cups butter peas fresh or frozen
1 can chili beans
6 red potatoes (diced)
1 stick butter
64 oz. Tomato juice
3 slices streak of lean
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste

Simmer 2 – 3 hours. Freezes well. Makes 8 quarts.
