1 box frozen spinach
1 C mayonnaise
1 C sour cream
1 pkg Knorr vegetable soup mix or leek soup mix
1/2 cup chopped water chestnuts
I loaf King’s Hawaiian bread

Directions:
Defrost spinach and drain well. Squeeze spinach in layered paper towels to get out all the water if you dont do this dip will be watery.

In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, and vegetables soupmix together.

Add the spinach and chill for at least 3 hours.

Before serving, chop water chestnuts and add to spinach mixture. Mix all ingredients well.

To serve hollow out a loaf of hawaiian bread and serve with the bite-size bread pieces.

This is so popular I usually double the recipe and purchase an extra package of the King’s Hawaiian rolls and break or slice into bite size pieces.
