Cucumber Rye Sandwiches Recipe

8oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dry dressing
1 large cucumber, or English (seedless) cucumber, sliced thin
1 loaf Rosen’s cocktail rye
Dill weed (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, mix softened cream cheese & Good Seasons dressing mix. Mix well.*

Wash cucumber (especially if not peeling)

Peel cucumber (optional)

Slice cucumbers into very thin slices

Spread mixture on slices of party rye bread. Add a thin slice of cucumber on top.
Sprinkle with dill weed (optional)

Cover with Saran Wrap and chill until ready to serve. Serve chilled.

*I prefer to let this chill for 1 hour so flavors meld.
