6 cups Rhubarb, thinly sliced
1 lemon, zested
1 orange, zested
1/4 cup water
1 box pectin
7 cups sugar


Directions:
Directions:
Peel lemon and orange after zesting; chop fruit. Mix all fruit together in large saucepan. Add water and pectin to fruit. Heat to boil. Add sugar to fruit mixture and bring to boil. Boil 2 minutes.

Pour your jam into clean, prepared jam jars. Seal according to canning standards.

Makes 10 cups jam approximately. Fills 5 pints or 10- 4 oz jars (1/2 pints).
