Pepper Orange Rice Recipe

Finely grated peel and juice of 1 orange
1 cup long grain white rice
12 whole black peppercorns

Directions:
Directions:
Finely grate peel of orange and set aside. Squeeze juice from orange into a measuring cup. Add water to measure 2 cups. Then place in medium size saucepan and bring to boil. Add rice and peppercorns. Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer gently for 20-25 minutes until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender. Stir in orange peel with a fork.
