1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/3 cup onion, minced
1/4 cup milk
1 egg, beaten
1 tbs fresh parsley, minced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup vegetable shortening
12 fl oz chili sauce
10 fl oz grape jelly

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except shortening, chili sauce, and jelly. Shape into 1-inch balls.

Heat shortening in a skillet over medium heat.
Add meatballs and cook 10 to 15 minutes or until browned. Drain and put on paper towels to absorb excess grease.

Wipe out pan.

Combine chili sauce and grape jelly in pan. Stir well.

Add meatballs and simmer on low 30 minutes, stirring occasionally
