Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 8oz. Cream Cheese, softened
1 T. Mayonnaise
2 T. Sour Cream
1 T. Worchestershire Sauce*
1 tsp. Garlic Powder (or to taste)
3-4 Green Onion tops (chop just the green ends)
1 8oz. package Buddig Corned Beef** chopped
Ritz or Townhouse Crackers

*I prefer a little kick so I usually add about 2-3 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce.

** I usually use 12-16 ounces of Buddig Corned Beef per instead of 8 ounces.

If making for a large group, you may want to double the recipe.

Directions:
Soften cream cheese

Chopped corned beef. I usually lay the stack a few slices on a plate, cut into thin horizontal strips, then repeat with thin vertical cuts. If strips are sticking together, separate them.

In a large bowl (with a tight sealing lid), add cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.

Start out with 1/4 tsp of garlic powder. Add garlic powder, mix well and taste. Repeat until you’re happy with the flavor.*

Mix in corned beef pieces, then fold in green onions.

*I think garlic flavor increases as the mixture sets, so if it’s a little less garlicky to taste it will likely be perfect after chilling a few hours.

Cover with lid and chill a minimum of 3-4 hours. Chilling overnight is fine.

If you’re lid is not tight sealing, cover dip with saran wrap before putting on lid. This will prevent your refrigerator smelling like garlic.

Serve chilled with Ritz or Townhouse crackers or cracker of your choice.

Personal Notes:
Some people prefer this as a hot dip.

To heat, preheat oven to 350°. Place (single recipe) mixture into a pie dish, spread out. Bake for 20-30 minutes until bubbly.
Serve with crackers or Dipping size Fritos.
