2 cup peeled mini potatoes
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp whole rosemary crumbled
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Put potatoes in frying pan. Add 2 cups water to just cover potatotes. Cover pan and set over high heat. Boil gently for 5 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain well. Add butter to pan along with rosemary. Stir continuously over high heat until potatoes are golden brown. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
