1/3 cup margarine
2 cups shredded coconut
1 pkg vanilla pudding mix
1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped
15 large marshmallows
2 sliced bananas

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine in skillet over low heat. Stir in coconut and cook, stirring frequently until toasted and golden brown. Press into 9 inch pie plate to form a crust and chill. Prepare pudding mix as directed on package using 1 3/4 cups milk. Cover with waxed paper. Chill. Dip scissors in water and quarter the marshmallows. Fold in whipped cream and marshmallows. Pour half of mixture into crust; cover with bananas and remaining mixture. Chill several hours. Top with additional quartered marshmallows.
