2 squares unsweetened baking chocolate broken into pieces
1 cup light cream
2/3 cup sugar
2 egg yolks slightly beaten
2 tbs butter
1 tsp vanilla
sweetened whipped cream
candied violets

Directions:
Directions:
Combined the baking chocolate pieces, light cream and sugar in medium saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring until chocolate flecks disappear and mixture beings to boil. Remove from heat; gradually add to beaten egg yolks. Stir in butter and vanilla. Pour into 6 creme pots or demitasse cups; press plastic wrap directly onto surface. Chill several hours or until set. Garnish with shipped cream and candied violets.
