5 bouillon cubes (vegetable or beef if you want to add beef to soup) 3 cps diced vegetables of your choice - make sure to include onion 1/2 fine herbs including thyme, basil, sage, parsley If you want to add beef add 1 1/2 cps diced cooked beef
Alternatively you can use equivalent amount of vegetable or beef stock.
In large pot dissolve the bouillon in boiling water. Add ingredients and reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes or until veggies are tender. Season with salt and pepper.
