Pastry for 2 tart shells (or buy frozen shells)
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp white vinegar
3 tbsp half and half cream
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1/4 cp melted butter
1/2 cp raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Line tart pans with pastry. Measure eggs, vanilla, vinegar and cream into bowl. Whisk together until blended. Sitr in sugar then melted butter. Scatter raisins over bottom of tart shells. Add equal amounts of filling to each tart. Bake on bottom rack of preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until filling is bubbly.
