Brownies
Jamoca or Spumoni ice cream
Meringue (egg whites & sugar)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chocolate brownies into 2 inch squares. Place on a cookie sheet several inches apart. Top each with a scoop of Jamoca or spumoni or your favorite ice cream. Freeze on cookie sheet until very firm. Then make your favorite meringue recipe. Swirl over ice cream and brownies, covering completely. Immediately bake in preheated 450 oven until lightly browned, 3 to 4 minutes
