1 can (8 oz) cream style corn
1 can (12 oz) kernel corn drained
1 cup yellow cornmeal
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
Dash of hot pepper sauce
oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except oil. Heat about 1/4 inch oil in large skillet until hot but not smoking. Drop batter, using 1/8 cup per pancake into hot oil. Cook unilt golden on both sides. Drain on paper towels.
