Ingredients:
1/2 cp cold water
1/4 cp butter
1/2 cp flour, sifted
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium saucepan, bring the water and butter to boil. Remove from heat. Add the sifted flour and salt; mix well with wooden spoon. Return to moderate heat and keep stirring until the mixture comes away from the side of the saucepan, about 1 minutes.

Remove saucepan from heat and allow to cool a little.

To the warm mixture, add the eggs, one at a time. Make sure mixture is not too hot or egg will begin to cook and the protein will harden. Beat the first egg into the flour mixture until it is well absorbed before adding the next one.

When both eggs have been completely incorporated, mix well with wooden spoon for about 1/2 minute. The dough should be of dropping consistency.
